From de heart of Mexico I grew up in Taxco Guerrero Mexico, growing up with my grandmothers from both sides of my family. I lived in Morelos and Michoacan states and have traveled all over México and tasted many great recipes. My passion is to create delicious and authentic Mexican food from scratch and extend impeccable service.
Now that I am living in The United States I started cooking every day for my husband and son, with Tamaliza Café, it is like cooking for a big family !!
I like to cook healthy using fresh, natural, organic and non-gmo ingredientes.
The truth is, our meals are so delicious that you'd be more than happy to consume them in a barn. But you don't have to because our attention to detail extends to every facet of our restaurant's décor.
One thing we've learned since we are running our food bussines is that no two guests are the same. We can customize the dining experience for anyone who walks through our doors.
